No Medical Advice; No Doctor–Patient Relationship

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
