Virtual Consultation. If you are a good candidate, you will be scheduled to have a 1 hour one-on-one virtual consultation with Dr. Wu. During this time, you will discuss your facial rejuvenation goals and Dr. Wu receive personalized information about the right procedure(s) for you. Most importantly, use this time to connect with Dr. Wu. You must feel comfortable with the plastic surgeon who will be caring for your face!

Schedule your facial rejuvenation procedure. Once you’ve made the decision to proceed with surgery, one of our Patient Care Coordinators will discuss with you pre-operative care, recovery, local accommodations, and any other questions you may have. A deposit is required to secure your surgery date at the time of scheduling and the remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to your surgery date. For your convenience, we offer a variety of financing options.

Virtual pre-operative education appointment. 3 weeks prior to your scheduled surgery you will have a 1 hour appointment to go over instructions for before and after surgery as well as details of your surgical consent. This will give you ample time to familiarize yourself with what to expect during recovery.

Fly in for surgery. George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) is conveniently located just 20 miles from The Woodlands, making it easy and convenient to get to us for your surgery. We understand that some face procedures require more time for recovery and healing, so we’ll suggest hotel accommodations to suit your individual needs and make sure you have the best environment for a successful procedure.

Relax prior to your procedure. To ensure that you are relaxed, happy and healthy for your procedure, you must arrive one to two days prior to your surgery date. During this period, you will meet with Dr. Wu in person to review your beauty goals and expectations for your procedure. After all your questions have been answered, you will sign your consent. This is a crucial step in promoting a safe and successful face procedure.

Recovery. If you are flying in for surgery, you should plan to stay a minimum of 5 days. For those traveling alone, we will provide one of our trusted nurse caregivers to take care of you the night of surgery. Dr. Wu will see you the following day to remove your surgical dressings and again 3 days after surgery for suture removal. Once this step is complete, you can safely return home. Because your health and safety is our top priority, our staff will make arrangements with a local hotel at a discounted rate to ensure your comfort and safety.
